Zeelity is in private beta. These terms govern use of the app and website today; the complete commercial terms (subscription, billing, cancellation, liability) will be published on this page before public launch, and subscribers will be notified of any change.

1. What Zeelity is

Zeelity helps self-employed workers in Portugal organize their earnings and tax obligations: preparing recibos verdes, Segurança Social declarations, and deadline tracking, with the support of a certified accounting partner.

2. What Zeelity is not

Zeelity is not the Autoridade Tributária, not Segurança Social, and does not replace your own judgment. Estimates are based on the data you provide. Official acts happen on the official portals and are always subject to your confirmation or your explicit written mandate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via the contact on this page (email us).

4. Pricing

The service is offered with a 7-day free trial, then from €16.90/month (billed yearly) or €19.90 month-to-month, cancellable at any time. Charges begin only after the trial, and pricing is always shown before you subscribe.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumer disputes may be taken to the arbitration centres listed in the Legal notice.
